Fate!!! My husband and I had no idea what we were doing when we first started looking for a house in August 2020, so we went to find a realtor. We were in Canandaigua looking for an agency we found on Google, turns out it wasn't there anymore. 🤔 Then we happened to look up and across the street was Crane Realty, so we went in. Best decision ever. Jacky was very nice and hooked us up with Mike, who contacted us almost immediately. He then spent 2 years with us(so patient!) setting up showings, making offers and finally finding the house we now call home. Abigayle was also a great help during the purchase process, she was able to answer all of our questions and keep us on track. We're very happy with the outcome. The whole Crane team was courteous, professional and quick to respond. Also just really great, down to earth people! I have been a Real Estate Broker for over 30 years and since I do not live in the area needed some outside help to refer to for the sale of a property I had ownership in near Jacky's Company.  Jacky and her team did what was necessary to evaluate my property thoroughly and give me numbers that based on my knowledge and experience in the business were right for our property. Jacky did not just tell me any price to get the listing and hope it sold, her research was thorough and backed by the facts and accurate. When the sale was complete the net to me was within 0.003% of our original expectations! (Not to Shabby) There is Great Value in having the right representation ...
