When we went to see the house, I really loved it and had to have it. With the market being so competitive at the time, I wasn't sure what would be a good offer. Scott did research on the neighborhood and helped come up with a competitive offer. In the end, my offer was accepted! When ever I had any questions, he would get back to me within minutes. He helped me and family every step of the way during the closing process. He was always happy to answer any questions I had. Would definitely recommend him! We will definitely work with him again once we're ready to buy our next house.

With moving from out of state, we couldn't tour any homes in person, so he gave us very thorough virtual tours, showing us any areas of concern that he had, and letting us know what questions or considerations to make for each house we looked at. He guided us through making strong offers, stayed with us through the ups and downs, and helped us land a great house under asking (which is basically unheard of in this market).
