1. Prep.

2. Adopt an efficient cleaning method.
Clean your home from top to bottom, left to right. You’ll move dirt from the highest to lowest point, preventing any need for re-cleaning an area.
Instead of cleaning one room at a time, move throughout your house with one type of task at a time. Pros suggest the following strategy:
- Dust everything. Dry dust when you can but use a damp microfiber cloth if you need to remove fingerprints.
