The biggest change? We started using Zoom for office meetings instead of getting together in person.
So what does that look like for our agents?
- We meet with clients from the safety and comfort of our home offices via Zoom if necessary.
- We conduct virtual showings for clients as needed. (This is especially helpful for out-of-state clients!)
- Crane Realty offers in-house marketing technology. 3D imaging and drone photography allows sellers to show their property without having people there in-person. (Crane Realty was doing this long before other local brokerages who had to scramble to get familiar with the technology during the beginning of the pandemic.)
- Our agents are all familiar and comfortable with e-signing software. This allows us to have contracts signed and distributed quickly and efficiently.
- Our coaching team is available 24/7! We work with our agents to draft creative purchase offers that provide options their clients feel comfortable with.
For a few weeks, we all held our breath, waiting to see what would happen with the housing market. Thankfully, things shifted quickly. The market took off a bit later than usual in 2019, but it has hardly slowed since!
