Growing up in Canandaigua, Ryan Bittel always loved all the beautiful scenery. As a result, he found endless things to do. Everything from dining at restaurants, to hiking trails and enjoying the lake, for instance. Above all, the strong sense of community in Canandaigua was one of his favorite parts of calling this his home.
“Just take a look at the crowd at one of the highschool football games and you’ll see what I mean,” says Bittel.
After graduating from Canandaigua, Bittel went to work at his family’s construction business. This was no surprise to anybody who knows him well. Since he was little, he spent all his free time helping his dad on whatever project he had going on at the time. In the last 5 years, Ryan has done everything from small remodeling projects to full commercial build-outs. He worked alongside customers to build their dreams and built sweat equity in his own properties.
“Every day I saw the hard work and determination it takes to make it the real estate industry. That hard work and determination is exactly what I plan to bring to my clients,” says Bittel. “Combining that with my construction experience, I will be able to assist my clients in ways that other agents cannot. Being able to answer remodeling questions that are outside of others’ area of expertise, and my experience in investment properties are just two of the advantages I will bring to my clients.”
